"Haunted House & Cauldron Set 1"

Welcome to Day 9 of 31 Days of Halloween Hop by Smeared & Smudged!! We are well on our way into the second week as a Wicked Bloggers, and let me tell you I am having so much fun creating!!! I finally got my mind focused on Halloween and Day of the Dead!!! As a Horrified Hopper it is very exciting to see all of the wonderful creations that all of the other Wicked Bloggers have come up with! I must say this... We have some really awesome talent and mojo happening! So be sure to hop, fly, creep, or crawl through all of the creations each day (you never know where a prize may be hidden)! If you happen to get lost along the way the whole blog roll is in the side bar to the right! If you arrived here from Tori's blog, then you are on track... if you didn't and would like to start from the beginning, head on over to Terra' s blog!!!

My creations today are the start of several ornaments; which at the end of the Hop I will post the final picture with all of them hanging on our tree!!! I MUST warn you... painting is the one thing that I have very little experience with!!! LOL!!! Okay on to my creations, so you can be on your way...

The photo above shows side 1.

The photo above shows side 2.

Material List

Plain Wooden Ornaments ~ Bought From Michael's Store's Inc.
Gesso by Golden
Light Molding Paste by Golden
Acrylic Paint by Apple Barrel, Artist's Loft & Folk Art (Black, White, Blue, Green, Orange, Metallic Silver, & Yellow) (I actually mixed all of my own colors from a combination of these!)
Stamps ~ Amuse Artstamps & Rosie's Roadshow
Colorbox Metalextra Pigment Ink ~ Quick Silver (Only For The BOO! Stamp)
Krylon UV-Resistant Clear Acrylic Coating
Ribbons ~ Out Of My Stash

The above photo is a close up of the house, you can see that I stamped at the very end using the Colorbox Ink. Then it was sprayed with the  final spray coating.

The above photo shows the cauldron up close, here you see that I stamped the witches hat right into the Light Molding Paste when it was wet. I painted the hat when I did the rest of the cauldron.

I will be entering these creations into five different challenges...
As always thanks for stopping by, if you have any questions or comments feel free to leave me a message with a way to contact you (email or blog address)!
Hope to hear from you tomorrow!
Have a wicked day!
