Halloween Kitty & Spooky Bat Set 2

Welcome to Day 10 of 31 Days of Halloween Hop by Smeared & Smudged!! We are well on our way into the second week as a Wicked Bloggers, and let me tell you I am having so much fun creating!!! I finally got my mind focused on Halloween and Day of the Dead!!! As a Horrified Hopper it is very exciting to see all of the wonderful creations that all of the other Wicked Bloggers have come up with! I must say this... We have some really awesome talent and mojo happening! So be sure to hop, fly, creep, or crawl through all of the creations each day (you never know where a prize may be hidden)! If you happen to get lost along the way the whole blog roll is in the side bar to the right! If you arrived here from Tori's blog, then you are on track... if you didn't and would like to start from the beginning, head on over to Terra' s blog!!!

My creations today are another set of ornaments for our tree; which at the end of the Hop I will post a final picture with all of them!!! I MUST warn you... painting is the one thing that I have very little experience with!!! LOL!!! Okay on to my creations, so you can be on your way...

The photo above shows side 1.

The photo above shows side 2.

Material List

Plain Wooden Ornaments ~ Bought From Michael's Store's Inc.
Gesso by Golden
Light Molding Paste by Golden
Acrylic Paint by Apple Barrel, Artist's Loft & Folk Art (Black, White, Green, Orange, & Yellow) (I actually mixed all of my own colors from a combination of these!)
Stamps ~ Stampin' Up (Web Wishes Set) & Studio G (Spooky Halloween)
Colorbox Metalextra Pigment Ink ~ Quick Silver (Only For The SPOOKY Stamp)
Krylon UV-Resistant Clear Acrylic Coating
Ribbons ~ Out Of My Stash

The above photo is a close up of the kitty, you can see that I stamped the web image right into the light molding paste, while it was still wet.

The above photo is a close up of the bat, (I did NOT use Light Molding Paste on this one.) you can see that I stamped at the very end using the Colorbox Ink. Then it was sprayed with the  final spray coating.

I will be entering these ornaments into five different challenges...

As always thanks for stopping by, if you have any questions or comments feel free to leave me message with a way to contact you (email or blog address)!
Hope to hear from you tomorrow!
Have a wicked day!

WOW...I can't believe how much imagination you have. These are really great. I can barely sprinkle glitter on a card, let alone think about doing what you're doing. Well Done.

Sara, both of these ornaments are very creative and unique, but I adore the kitty with the web stamped onto him! Kudos!

so Cool! I wish I had the room to spread out and actually do some real involved work like this. I have half the stuff to do it, just not a real place. (sometimes i can work outside)

I love the bat!
