Good Morning Everyone!!! I know y'all are gonna think that I flipped my lid after seeing me post a "cute card" on my dark blog... well I haven't (at least not completely)!!! I thought that after the big 31 Days of Halloween Event, I would go for something a bit more cute!!! I created this card for the Bombshell Stamps Relaunch Party! It was for the sketch challenge (see sketch below) and since I don't own any Bombshell Stamps, yet... I used one of the Freebies that they have available. This way I got to play along and create! So, now you know my reasoning behind a "Cute Card" on my Dark Blog!!! LOL!!!

"Beauty In Flight"

Good Morning Everyone!!! The day has come for the "madness" to start; are you ready? LOL! Today is Day 1 of 31 Days of Halloween Hop by Smeared & Smudged!! I am sooooo excited to be apart of this "Halloween Hop Party"!!! The rules are simple; anything Halloween or Day of the Dead related are accepted in any form that you wanted to create in... cards, scrap layouts, ATC's, Altered Art or anything else that you can think of!!! The only real rule is you MUST use at least one stamp (regular or digital by any company) on your project!!! How cool is that? There will be daily prizes hidden along the way and also a HUGE Grand Prize to one lucky person!!! We needed to sign up for this month long hop back in September... Whew... what a commitment!!! LOL! "Killin' Time"

Welcome! Today the project that I am sharing with you was created for two awesome challenges. The first challenge is the Smudgy Antics Challenge "Dead Divas", the second challenge is in the Smeared And Smudged Group "Junk Funk Challenge". Okay, now for some details... The Dead Divas Challenge on the Smudgy Antics Blog is to create anything that you would like, use your imagination and only one rule... You MUST use a Smeared Ink Stamp! The Stamp that I have used is Anya from The Glam Vamps Digi Set. The Junk Funk Challenge is to be creative in using Staples on your creation, so I created a staple chain for around my image and one chain that dangles from each corner of the sentiment! Let me tell you, it was a bit of pain to sit and hook them all together, bend and squeeze each one shut... but that is me, once I get an idea in my head... I have to do it, no matter what! LOL!

"Bloody Good Night"

Welcome! Smeared Ink is having a daily challenge all this week to kick off their new weekly challenges that will be starting on the Smudgy Antics Blog!  Today is Day 5 of  7, for the Smudgefest Event! 

FLOWING FRIDAY CHALLENGE

The challenge today was to create using a "flowing medium"! Some examples are watercolors, liquid inks, liquid glues, thinned out acrylics... use your imagination and let the juices flow! This is my first attempt at using Twinkling H2O's and Creative Inspirations Paints! I have only done a little with acrylic paints on wood and Rust-oleum paint on metal! (Ya know, outside where you could make a HUGE mess it really didn't matter! LOL!) I have NEVER done this on paper! I definitely need more practice!!! LOL! Thanks to everyone at Smeared And Smudged for giving me that extra little nudge to get started! I needed it! LOL!

I will run through the rules real quick... The rules to these challenges are you MUST use a Smeared Ink Image (Digi or Rubber) and you Must complete each day's challenge by midnight PST! And that is it! There are Daily Prizes and one HUGE Grand Prize for one lucky person! (To be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing, you MUST complete all 7 days of challenges! Whew!)

Good Evening! Smeared Ink is having a daily challenge all this week to kick off their new weekly challenges that will be starting on the Smudgy Antics Blog!  Today is Day 4 of  7, for the Smudgefest Event! 

TWISTED THURSDAY CHALLENGE

The challenge today was to create an ATC (Artist Trading Card) with a twist! The twist was anything that you could come up with! Well first I must say, I have NEVER created one of these... so I had to ask questions and do a bit of research! LOL! I have decided that they are AWESOME!!! I can't believe how much I have learned (as far as techniques and things about myself) since I have joined the Smudged & Smeared Ning Group! I also have found that I am loving Smeared Inks Digital and Rubber Stamps! 

The rules to these challenges are you MUST use a Smeared Ink Image (Digi or Rubber) and you Must complete each day's challenge by midnight PST! And that is it!
